  • If you cannot locate it normally its written at the back chassis of you system.

  • Describe the issue in details. The more details will help us nail down the root cause of your proplem.

  • Please prepair log files, images and video snapshot ready as our engineer will ask you for such media.

  • For remote support make sure you have downloaded the latest TeamViewer application.

  • For warranty systems kindy note that if your spare parts are not in stock it will take at least 10days to be available for replacement.
